  "Bio-35 is the ONLY vitamin I've ever taken that I noticed a positive, actual difference in my energy levels. All other vitamins have only succeeded in draining my wallet. I don't drag through the day. No absolute need for a nap. I fall asleep much better at night and I was borderline insominac. I also wake up feeling more rested, even still using my awful old mattress! If Bio-35 were expensive, I would make sacrifices in the budget just so I could buy it, but that's the best part; this product is not only outstanding,it is reasonably priced.   "The main benefit I have found using Bio-35 is help with my PMS. Ever since I have been taking it my PMS is much more in control. I even stopped taking it for a month see if it really was helping and I will not make that mistake again. I cannot take three-a-day as recommended. I take one at night before I go to bed and that seems to work best for me. It didn't give me the added energy I was seeking but the help with the PMS makes it worth it's weight in gold."
